Full Residential Design Services
What makes ECI unique is our commitment to making beautiful interiors affordable. In line with that mission, we are budget minded and strive to be creative within our clients’ budget.
PHASE ONE: INITIAL CONSULTATION
The initial consultation meetings are casual and collaborative. We meet at the client’s home to become acquainted with your space and needs. We work to understand your requirements and budget. We also share images to identify the client’s desired aesthetic or inspiration for their space.
PHASE TWO: CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Based on the information obtained at the initial meeting, the ECI Team will conduct an initial design study. The ECI team will provide two design concept options for clients to consider. These options will include illustrations and materials to show the suggested interior design concepts, to include floor plans, furnishings, fabric, color palettes, interior finishes, wall coverings, floor coverings, lighting, window treatments, and preliminary budgets.
PHASE THREE: PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once the client approves a design concept the ECI Team will manage the procurement and installation of all approved products. For remodeling projects, we work closely with our recommended, licensed and insured contractors to manage/oversee the entire renovation process from start to finish.
A Day of Design

This service is offered for the client that has a space that is in need of a minimal “facelift”. The ECI team will provide up to 10 hours of design services to assist the client with space planning, staging, and selecting small furnishings and accessories that will complement the existing décor of the space. This is accomplished through an initial two hour consultation where the ECI team shares suggestions on how to layout your space and identifies design improvements that can be made through small furnishings and accessories. Once the new items are delivered, The ECI Team will spend the remaining hours assisting with staging the room and final product placement.

ECI offers a two hour one-time, in home consultation. This service provides the ‘hands-on’ homeowner with all the information and ideas necessary to execute their own project without the additional fees associated with full residential or day of design service. It’s a great way to extract all the tips and tricks from the ECI team and get inspired to be your own decorator. Think of this as a two hour crash course in décor delivered one on one in your own home by your favorite design firm!
